Our Process

The key to consistency is a commitment to a proven process. We find our design work hits the mark for our clients first or second pop. The reason for this has been a long-term investment in tuning not only our systems but also our experiences, nous and ability to identify the crux of a client’s challenge.

As testament to our process, we have won a number of national awards, amidst the countries most sophisticated agencies and projects. These awards have come from the strength and depth of our ‘co-design’ approach - specifically for complex projects involving multiple collaborators, in the cross-cultural space.

By virtue of shared values, we have naturally gravitated to work within the Māori Economy. Matauranga Māori, coupled with the nature of Iwi structure, pan Iwi Partnerships, and Joint Administration arrangements require a level of sensitivity, co-design and flair. We are proud of our proven record in this respect.

From brief to research, ideation, refinement and activation - we’ve built a process that manages ‘out’ inefficiency and manages ‘in’ collaboration. The result is authentically representative work that matters. In the process, we trust.
